Please delete and re-install the edelkrone App on your smartphone. Then power up your edelkrone products, launch edelkrone app and select "Manual Pairing." At the "Manual Pairing" screen, "Update Available" signs will appear next to the listed products. Please press on one of them, select "See What's New," and complete Firmware Update for your device. Please complete each units' firmware updates before trying again.
The HeadONE has an accelerometer inside it, meaning the unit knows if it is laying flat (Pan) or sitting on its side (Tilt). Two HeadONEs can only connect while they are positioned as "Pan" and "Tilt." If they are both laying flat, one will not connect one as "Tilt," and vice versa. Hold the HeadONE in the tilt orientation and check whether the app changes accordingly. It can take 5-10 seconds app to change when you shift HeadONE's direction.
